楊　軍，教　授

對外經濟貿易大學國際經濟貿易學院貿易系教授，對外經濟貿易大學（UIBE）與澳大利亞政策研究中心（CoPS）聯合—經濟貿易政策研究中心（CETPA）中方主任。先后在國際食品研究所、斯坦福大學、美國普渡大學、荷蘭自由大學、荷蘭農業研究局、丹麥哥本哈根大學、澳大利亞維多利亞大學（UV）政策研究中心（COPS）等學術機構學習和訪問。主要研究領域涉及國際貿易、發展經濟學、一般均衡模型理論與應用。目前，致力于開發和應用全球-國家-區域三個層面的一般均衡模型系統。截止目前，在國內外發表學術論文121篇，其中英文論文47篇，被SCI/SSCI收錄論文22篇。向農業部和國辦提交政策咨詢報告40余份，其中10份得到國家領導人批示。主持國家自然基金、973項目專題、中國科學院重大專項等50多項國內外科研項目。在2010年被模型優化軟件GEMPACK團隊評選為“全球杰出使用者”；在2011年和2016年分別被農業部聘請為第一屆和第二屆農業部農產品預警專家委員會成員；在2011年被世界糧農組織（FAO）聘請為“中國農業政策和決策模型”國家顧問。
