近幾年來主要在計算生物學領域從事基因組分析、蛋白質折疊及蛋白質相互作用、微生物熱適應的分子機理等方向的研究工作,在Nucleic Acid Res., Structure, PLoS Comput Biol., Sci. Rep., J. Mol.
