郭華榮，女， 1970年生，教授/博導

實驗室PI: 海洋動物細胞培養技術研究室

簡歷：

1989-1992，青島海洋大學生命學院海洋生物學專業，理學學士。

1992-1994，青島海洋大學教師。

1994-1997,中國科學院海洋研究所，理學碩士

1997-2001,中國科學院海洋研究所，理學博士。

2001-至今，中國海洋大學海洋生命學院教師，主授本科生《細胞工程》 (雙語課)和《細胞工程前沿講座》，以及研究生課程《細胞工程》。

2004年11月，參加中泰科技合作項目：海產經濟動物配子及胚胎（種質）冷凍保存，訪問泰國東方大學,為期10天。

2005年1-5月，美國University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign，分子細胞生物學系，訪問學者。主要從事哺乳動物細胞的mTOR信號轉導研究。

2008.8-2009.2, 美國University of South Carolina, 生物系，博士后。主要從事哺乳動物細胞的蛋白磷酸酶與p53信號轉導通路研究。

研究方向：海洋生物分子細胞生物學

研究興趣：對蝦細胞體外培養技術及其基因轉移技術研究；珊瑚和硨磲細胞及其共生藻的體外培養與繁育研究；魚類細胞培養及其毒理學研究等

實驗室簡介：本實驗室致力于對蝦、魚類、珊瑚和水母等海洋動物的細胞和組織的體外培養技術研究。尤其在對蝦成體和胚胎組織細胞的體外培養條件的優化、對蝦細胞的基因轉染技術的改進及其永生性轉化技術的建立方面獨樹一幟，成績斐然。研究團隊將矢志不渝地探究對蝦細胞體外生長停滯的分子機制，建立對蝦永生性細胞系，為對蝦病毒病的防治以及對蝦功能基因的研究提供有效的研究工具與平臺。

主要成果：近年來主持和承擔國家自然科學基金面上項目2項，中國海洋大學2018年度中央高校基本科研業務費國家重大項目培育項目1項；主編雙語教材《Cytotechnology/細胞工程技術》1部，參編教材和專著3部；授權國家發明專利4項和實用新型發明專利1項；獲國家海洋局海洋創新成果一等獎1 項（第2位）；獲天泰優秀人才獎3次和本科教學優秀獎1次。

主持科研項目：

1、主持中國海洋大學2018年度中央高校基本科研業務費國家重大項目培育項目：基于對蝦病毒的高效對蝦基因轉移與表達系統的研制（201822018），100萬，2018-2020，在研.

2、主持國家自然科學基金項目：嗜對蝦細胞的高效病毒報告基因表達系統研究及其在轉基因對蝦上的應用， 2015-2018，在研。

3、主持國家自然科學基金項目：對蝦細胞的分子重編程與永生性轉化研究， 2012-2015。

4、主持山東省優秀中青年科學家科研獎勵基金項目：對蝦體外培養細胞的永生性轉化研究，2012-2014。
