邱志平,男,教授,洪堡學者(Alex and ervon Humboldt Fellow).計算力學工學博士.1962年2月出生于吉林省長春市.1980~1984:在吉林大學數學系力學專業攻讀學士學位。1984~1987:在吉林科技大學教學和科研。1987~1990:在吉林大學數學系力學專業攻讀碩士學位。1990~1992:在長春大學教學和科研。1992~1994:在吉林大學(原吉林工業大學)工程力學系攻讀博士學位。博士論文(博士點科研基金資助項目)為:"不確定參數結構靜力響應和特征值問題的區間分析方法",導師為陳塑寰教授。1994~1996:在大連理工大學力學所博士后流動站工作。研究題目(國家自然青年科學基金資助項目)為:"凸模型理論的改進和拓廣",指導導師為程耿東院士。1999~2000,在德國伍珀塔爾大學安全控制工程系做洪堡研究工作。1996~現在:在北京航空航天大學固體力學研究所教學和科研。
到目前為止,和國內外合作者一起,在國內外著名雜志如《Computer Methods in Applied Mechanics and Engineering》,《Chaos, Solitions & Fractals》,《Journal of Optimization Theory and Applications》,《Mathematics and Computers in Simulation》,《Communications in Numerical Methods in Engineering》,《力學學報》和《固體力學學報》等發表的論文30多篇。 經國外著名檢索工具美國《科學引文索引》(SCI Search)的檢索,論文被收錄14條,被引用15次.其中SCI他人引用7次, 非SCI他人引用7次. 經國外著名檢索工具美國《工程索引》(Ei) 的檢索, 論文被收錄13條. 由于成果具有創新性, 受德國洪堡基金會(Alexander Von Humboldt Foundation)資助在德國作洪堡研究一年半.美國University of Virginia的Noore教授在其計算結構力學方面的綜述性論文中, 將集合理論凸方法定為計算結構技術在二十世紀最新進展之一所引用的論文就是我和Elishakoff教授(美國Florida Atlantic University)合寫的發表在國際著名刊物《Computer Methods in Applied Mechanics and Engineering》的論文。
